Welcome to Jsjlh, an online shop for gifts and accessories. We focus on thoughtfully selected pieces that are meant to be enjoyed, gifted, and kept.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing and using jsjlh.com, as well as any purchase made through the site. Please review them before using our services or placing an order.

By browsing the website, creating an account, or submitting an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Nothing in these Terms removes or overrides any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

In these Terms, “Jsjlh,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Qingdao Ruimeng Beier Clothing Co., Ltd.

Jsjlh offers a changing assortment of gifts and accessories. Depending on inventory and season, the selection may include jewelry and charms; bag charms and keyrings; home and desk gifts; fashion accessories; seasonal and celebration gifts; and personalized gifts.

Product availability, designs, materials, colors, dimensions, package contents, and options may change based on stock, season, customer demand, and supplier availability.

Some items may be personalized, customized, or made to order where this is clearly stated on the product page. This does not mean that every Jsjlh item is made to order.

Where applicable:

- Colors may look slightly different because of photography, lighting, or screen settings;
- Small differences in texture, pattern placement, stitching, finish, or dimensions may occur;
- Measurements may be subject to reasonable production tolerances; and
- Items in the same order may be shipped separately.

Please review the product description, measurements, material composition, package contents, available options, and care instructions before placing an order.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, measurements, materials, and availability accurately.

Product availability is not guaranteed, however. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue an item when reasonably necessary.

Accessories, styling pieces, props, or additional products shown in photos are included only when they are specifically identified as part of the product.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may contact you and offer an available alternative, or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts are displayed during checkout where available. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges imposed after shipment may not be included at checkout.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

6. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may reasonably reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

- Product unavailability;
- Pricing, description, or inventory errors;
- Payment or authorization problems;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- Delivery restrictions;
- Duplicate or unusually large orders;
- Suspected unauthorized resale; or
- Other legitimate legal or operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please include your order number and clearly describe the change you are asking for.

We will make reasonable efforts to help. However, once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that it can still be changed or cancelled.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may enter preparation or production shortly after confirmation. Please review product selections, quantities, customization details, billing information, and delivery information before submitting an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Jsjlh currently ships to:

- United States
- Canada
- Mexico

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Fulfillment locations and carriers may vary depending on product availability, delivery destination, and operational requirements.

Estimated transit times are:

- United States: 7–20 business days;
- Canada: 10–30 business days; and
- Mexico: 20–30 business days.

Including standard processing time, approximate total delivery periods are:

- United States: 9–27 business days;
- Canada: 12–37 business days; and
- Mexico: 22–37 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may cause delays.

9. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Product Issues

Eligible products may be returned by requesting authorization within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns and Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

For a change-of-mind return, an item must generally be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original tags, packaging, components, accessories, and proof of purchase where reasonably possible.

Items returned with signs of use, cleaning, or alteration are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products, and clearance items, are final sale for change-of-mind returns. That restriction does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Jsjlh does not impose a restocking charge.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the applicable law requires otherwise.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos.

After review, we will provide a suitable remedy. Depending on the circumstances and availability, this may include:

- Sending a missing item;
- Providing a replacement;
- Arranging an exchange; or
- Issuing a refund for the affected product.

If the issue is confirmed to have come from our error or our fulfillment partner’s error, we will cover authorized replacement or return shipping costs.

Do not return a product without prior authorization. The appropriate return location may vary depending on the product, the order, and where you are. If a return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions by email.

Our registered business address is not the default product return address.

10. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.

We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account to prevent fraud, security threats, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, artwork, videos, software, and page layouts are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may access and use website content only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial shopping purposes.

You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For customers residing in the United States, any mandatory consumer protection measures required by the laws of the relevant state remain unaffected. The same principle applies to the mandatory protections available to customers in Canada and Mexico.
